Congratulations to the Senior Jewels & guest Jr. Jewels at Platinum National Dance Competition!
The Jewels achieved 4 silver, 10 gold, and 2 platinum awards. They also received a 9th place topscore for "Fly", two 4th place topscores for "Rock Your Soul" and "Blind Winter", 3rd place topscore for "Jump Joint", 2nd place topscore for "Hey Pachuca", and 1st place topscore for "Where I Stood". Joy Garrett received the tap choreography award for "Nothin' Better to Do". "Stompin' at the Savoy" and "Where I Stood" also received special judges awards.

The Senior Jewels achieved 1 platinum, and 4 high golds. The Junior Jewels achieved 1 high gold, and 3 golds. "Walk Humbly Son" received 1st place topscore group, "Stompin at the Savoy" received 2nd place topscore group, "How to Save a Life" received 3rd place topscore jr. group, and "That's the Kinda Sugar Papa Likes" received 2nd place topscore jr. group. The duet "Fairy Waltz" performed by Amelia and Jessica received gold as well as 1st place topscore. The solos "Rock Your Soul" performed by Jessica and "Fly" performed by Amelia both received gold. The duet "Blind Winter" performed by Eimile and Shannon received platinum and 1st place topscore duet. The duet "Jump Joint" also performed by Eimile and Shannon received platinum and 1st place topscore duet. The solo "Buenos Aires" performed by Tracey Reisch and the solo "Do It Baby" performed by Raye Spittle received gold. The solo "Where I Stood" performed by Eimile Davis received Platinum, 1st place topscore solo, as well as Sr. Miss Dynamite. The solo "Blue Cheese Stomp" performed by Katarina and the solo "Whazzup" performed by Becca Horn both received High Gold. "Walk Humbly Son" also received a 'Fierce Focus' special award.
